The HONEYWELL Evaporative Air Cooler CO60PM is ideal for cooling indoors and outdoors for spaces up to 850 Sq. Ft.* (for places like patios, terraces, outside restaurants, warehouses, dining rooms, exhibition rooms, outdoor events, parks and more). It comes with continuous water supply connection with built-in overflow protection system allowing long unattended operation, making it perfect for more demanding and commercial applications. The cooler provides a cool, efficient and natural alternative to an air conditioner unit which allows refreshing the area for less cost. Evaporative air cooling is the natural way of cooling, similar to a breeze flowing across a lake that lowers the temperature and has a relaxing cooling effect. An evaporative air cooler cools the air by means of evaporation of water. The air flows through the honeycomb cooling media and carbon filter reducing dust and odor and creating a mist of air which flows through the air dropping the temperature. The cooler has castors which facilitate movement from one space to another. The oscillating louvers evenly distribute the air. Horizontal louvers can be manually adjusted to change the vertical airflow. For use indoors the unit needs to be place next to an open door or window. It works by cooling the air through the honeycomb media and circulate it back to the room. The cooler also can be used to humidify dry air during cool seasons.
